A tour of Scandinavian design
Scandinavian design refers to the movement that began to emerge in the early 20th century in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Iceland, and Finland, and flourished from the 1930s onwards after these countries agreed that a new way of thinking about design needed to be implemented within the territories. All Nordic countries made their own interpretations of the Scandinavian concept, but all within certain parameters.
