Nord A1 is excluded from all responsibilities in case of breaches, delays or similar entries of operational nature when stemming from events beyond Nord A1 reasonable control. Consequently, in cases of the likes of Force Majeure, the period to fulfil existing obligations will be extended. Entries which could impede the operational performativity of the company, outside of its immediate control, could be: industrial actions, strikes or other industrial instances beyond immediate control; civil commotion, terrorist threat or attack, war (be it a threat, preparation for, or if declared or not); any natural disaster that impedes the performativity of the company beyond its reasonable control; the inability to utilise logistical means such as trains, boats, aeroplanes, motorised or other modes of transport (be it public or private); inaccessible private and or public telecommunication systems; legislation, regulations, clauses, acts or any binding legislative decree stemming from governmental or public institution; security intrusions, be it physical or digital, that damage the service and or security of its users; any operational and or technical cause, which forces a temporary suspension or cancellation of the service to ensure its future integrity

The stated terms are governed by and understood in relation to the laws of Sweden and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Helsingborg. You possess the protection to you by obligatory provisions of the law of your country of residence if your habitual residence is in the EU.
